Refund Policy

  1. Deposit Refunds
    • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. This policy helps cover our costs and ensures availability for committed bookings.
    • For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, deposits may be refunded in full or applied to a future booking, depending on the specific circumstances.
  2. Refunds for Service Issues
    • If a service issue arises due to factors within our control, such as vehicle malfunction or driver unavailability, we will work to either provide a replacement or issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
  3. No Refunds for Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time are non-refundable.
    • If the customer does not show up at the pickup location within a reasonable timeframe, the booking will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued.
  4. Processing Refunds
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
