1. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to the transportation services provided by NYC Elite Transport.
  • “Client” refers to the person or entity booking or using our service.

2. Bookings and Reservations

  • Deposits: All bookings require a deposit to confirm the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
  • Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Clients should confirm availability directly with us.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the pickup location.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-Shows: If a client fails to show up at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pickup location, destination, and contact details.
  • Behavior: Clients and their passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner. NYC Elite Transport reserves the right to terminate services for clients who display abusive or inappropriate behavior.
  • Property Damage: Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests during the booking period will be the client’s financial responsibility.

5. Service Limitations and Liability

  • Vehicle Availability: We strive to provide the reserved vehicle as requested but reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delays: NYC Elite Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. NYC Elite Transport will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Payment Terms

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and cash.
